Day 2 of the Cavendish Beach Music Festival delivered everything a summer festival should, major headliners, breakout talent, and a seamless lineup that kept the crowd singing from daylight to dusk.
Main Stage Magic
The spotlight stayed firmly on the Bell Main Stage, and it didn’t disappoint.
Kicking things off at 4:00 PM, Adrien Nunez brought effortless style and swagger, warming up the crowd with smooth vocals and laid-back charm. It was a strong opening that drew a surprising early turnout.
At 6:00 PM, CBMF veteran Meghan Patrick elevated the energy with a commanding set full of grit, soul, and powerhouse vocals. From high-octane anthems to heart-wrenching ballads, she reminded the crowd why she’s not just a fixture in Canadian country, she’s helping shape its future.
As the sun dipped behind Cavendish’s rolling hills, Stephen Wilson Jr. took the stage at 7:30 PM, bringing a genre-blending performance that defied expectations. With haunting lyrics and Americana roots, his set stood out as one of the most distinctive of the day.
The night capped off at 9:30 PM with Tyler Hubbard, who delivered a crowd-pleasing performance that struck a balance between nostalgia and newness. Mixing Florida Georgia Line hits with solo material, Hubbard had fans on their feet, singing every word until the final chorus.
Elsewhere on the Grounds
Beyond the main stage, both the Colliding Tides Kitchen Stage and RBCxMusic Emerging Artist Stage buzzed with energy and rising talent.
At 5:00 PM, Boomtown Saints brought their Southern-rock flair to the Kitchen Stage, firing up the crowd with high energy and undeniable chemistry. Savannah Jade followed at 6:45 PM, delivering powerhouse vocals and a polished stage presence, an undeniable standout.
The Emerging Artist Stage offered a quieter but equally captivating experience. At 5:00 PM, the Songwriters Circle featured an acoustic showcase of lyrical storytelling, raw, intimate, and compelling. Jamie Fontaine (6:45 PM) and Brett Matthews (8:15 PM) each delivered heartfelt performances that rewarded those who wandered off the beaten path.
At 8:30 PM, Pretty Archie lit up the Kitchen Stage with their signature East Coast folk-rock sound. Their set felt like a backyard kitchen party with 500 of your closest friends, foot-stomping, high-spirited, and undeniably fun.
